Heavy-duty canopy weight bags used to help secure tents on patios, driveways, pavement and other surfaces where ground stakes cannot be used.
Each set includes 4 weight bags, one for each tent leg.
Best suited as an add-on to canopy tent rentals where additional ballast is required.
$10 per set, per rental day.
Pickup available in Oshawa. Delivery and setup may also be available for an additional charge depending on location, order size and setup requirements.
What's included
One set of 4 heavy-duty canopy weight bags with Velcro attachment straps.
Delivery
Delivery, pickup, setup and takedown fees are quoted based on the delivery address, order size, access and setup requirements. If you request delivery, the initial item total may not include the final delivery/service charge. High Life Rentals will review your request and, if needed, adjust the total before approval. You will receive an email showing the updated proposed total before the booking is confirmed.
House rules
Weight bags must be returned in the same condition they were provided. Do not cut, tear, puncture or modify the bags or straps. Bags must be properly secured to the canopy legs when used. Weight bags are intended to supplement proper tent anchoring and must be used according to the setup requirements for the rental.
Downpayment
A 25% downpayment goes toward your rental total. The rest is due on the day, paid directly to High Life Rentals.
Deposit
CA$10 refundable deposit each, returned when the item comes back. Refundable after return and inspection, provided all 4 weight bags and their straps are returned complete and without tears, punctures or other new damage.
Cancellations
Please contact High Life Rentals as soon as possible if your plans change. Date changes may be accommodated when availability allows. Weather-related changes for outdoor rentals will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Booking deposits may be non-refundable for cancellations or last-minute changes where the date has been reserved and other rental opportunities may have been declined. Any special-order, delivery, preparation or other costs already incurred may also remain payable. Downpayment refunded if you cancel at least 5 days before the rental starts.
