High Life Rentals provides clean, reliable party and event rentals in Oshawa and throughout Durham Region. We offer tents, tables, chairs, oversized games, event lighting, patio heaters and other party equipment for birthdays, backyard parties, showers, weddings, family gatherings and more. Pickup is available in Oshawa, with delivery and setup available depending on the rental, location and event requirements. All rental equipment is cleaned and inspected between bookings.

How renting works
- Delivery
- Delivery, pickup, setup and takedown fees are quoted based on the delivery address, order size, access and setup requirements. If you request delivery, the initial item total may not include the final delivery/service charge. High Life Rentals will review your request and, if needed, adjust the total before approval. You will receive an email showing the updated proposed total before the booking is confirmed.
- Downpayment
- A 25% downpayment goes toward your rental total. The rest is due on the day, paid directly to the shop.
- Cancellations
- Please contact High Life Rentals as soon as possible if your plans change. Date changes may be accommodated when availability allows. Weather-related changes for outdoor rentals will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Booking deposits may be non-refundable for cancellations or last-minute changes where the date has been reserved and other rental opportunities may have been declined. Any special-order, delivery, preparation or other costs already incurred may also remain payable. Downpayment refunded if you cancel at least 5 days before the rental starts.
