RentStand gives item owners a free storefront to list items for rent and manage booking requests. By using RentStand, you agree to these terms.

RentStand is a venue

Every rental arranged through RentStand is a direct agreement between the item owner and the renter. RentStand is not a party to that agreement, does not process payments between owners and renters, does not inspect items, and is not responsible for the condition, safety, or legality of items, the accuracy of listings, or the conduct of owners or renters.

Owners

• You must be 18 or older and may only list items you own or are authorized to rent out.
• You are responsible for your own pricing, taxes, insurance, permits, and legal compliance.
• Listings must be accurate. Enhanced photos must not misrepresent an item's real appearance or condition.
• Follow the acceptable-use policy; we may unpublish listings or disable accounts that break it.

Renters

• A booking request is a request — nothing is confirmed until the owner approves it.
• Payment, pickup, deposits, and any rental contract are arranged directly with the owner.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentStand is provided "as is" and RentStand is not liable for any damages arising from rentals arranged through the platform, including property damage, personal injury, or disputes between owners and renters.
