Acceptable Use

Keep it legal, honest, and safe. You may not list:

• Weapons or firearms of any kind.
• Motor vehicles that require a title or registration (cars, motorcycles, boats with titles).
• Regulated goods: medical devices, chemicals, controlled substances.
• Anything illegal to rent or possess in your jurisdiction.
• Items you don't actually possess or aren't authorized to rent out.

Listings must be honest: photos (including enhanced photos) must reflect the item's real appearance and condition. Spam storefronts, fake listings, and harassment get removed.

RentStand may unpublish a listing or disable an account that breaks these rules.
